1. English Version

1.1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for or using Publish Social (the "Service") at publishsocial.deviamarketing.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

1.2. Service Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete information when creating your account and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

  • Upload or publish any content that violates third-party intellectual property, privacy rights, or community guidelines (including TikTok's Terms of Service).
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or use the Service to spam or distribute unsolicited commercial messages.
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or reverse engineer any security measures or components of the Service.

1.4. Third-Party Platforms (TikTok API)

Our Service integrates with third-party application interfaces, specifically the TikTok Content Posting API. By using our Service, you also agree to be bound by TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer policies. We are not responsible for any modifications, suspensions, or terminations of services by third-party platforms.

1.5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights and intellectual property in the content (videos, images, captions) you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive, worldwide license solely to process and transmit your content to your connected social media accounts as requested.

1.6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account and stop using the Service at any time.

2.5. Propiedad Intelectual
